                      Friend’s duties at work

So Paula it’s doing at practices in the same school that me. She’s with the kids that are coursing the first course of primary.

In the class there are 6 kids also with special needs. Paula changes Leire and Laia.

Leire and Laia are students from high school students. Them Paula goes to the nurse class to do psycomotor activities.She gives suport to the teacher . When the class is finished they follow her to the children garden. Ther she playes with them Paula finishes the practice after the children garden.

                                                          
                                                                 My duties at work

In my work I walk every day at 7.30am and finish at 8.30pm. My job is to raise users room 101 to 109 about 10 or 11 users all before 9.30. Then we all give users the dining room for breakfast and medications
Then pick up the rooms and do all beds then at 11 we all drink a juice or smoothie. At 1120 until 1135 I have a break and take the opportunity to take a coffee and eat a sandwich. Then at 12 we went food shopping and preparing the tables for 1230 to feed all users on the ground that I am.
 At 1 down to the kitchen to start preparing the main dining room and serve food to all users of the residence. Then I make a lunch break from 2-3 pm. When I finish eating I get on the floor where I usually make diaper changes and showers. Also get up to users who have a nap.

Every day I get to practice at 9:30 in my class and I take off jackets and scarves then put the users to their sites and we give the breakfast.

Then we turn to the mattresses and we are massages legs and arms with a cream that door.
When we finish the massage in the sense wheelchairs and food because we are already noon.
Then we rent it to sink teeth and hands also for your needs.
When we finished the toilets to bring all the children in the class because we relax and sleep.

My duties at work

    I take care of elderly people. Firstly I make their personal hygiene and change their clothes. Then I move them with a wheelchair. We go to the living room and there, they eat and I help them.

         

    Afterwards, I help the staff to tidy and clean the kitchen         At last I take down out the bins.

MY DUTIES AT WORK

In my work my most important obligation is to be nice with elderly. Then I have to help them to keep the house cleaned. Starting by taking out the bins keep the kitchen cleaned keep the bathroom cleaned too vaccuming and mopping sweeping balconies watering plants and things like that.

But a very important thing is that I am not a cleaner. What I have to do is to help elderly to learn how to keep the house cleaned. He/She have to learn that he can do somethings by himself/herself. I just help people to do things that they can’t do because of health problems. That’s my work. 

My dutis at work

I have accepted the norms.

At the work I enter at 9 AM. When I enter I change two diapers.

After I go to “superior cycle” witch children between 8 and 15 years old.

I only give support, when they no understand.

At 11 AM we go to the playground to lunch. At 11:30 AM we go to class for play games.

At 13 AM I go to dining room for give food at the little children until 13:30 AM. At this hour I go to the school for eat.

                                                               My duties at work

At work the first thing i go to the nurse class. In that class are 5 kids all of them have special needs.

I stay their to help the teacher and help the kids to have breakfast. The next thing in the moorning is that the kids have free time and I go to the have a break.

Then we continous the class. At 1 pm change Leire and Laia. Then they have lunch in the moment I go to the school to have lunch

My routine :

In the morning i help the patients to have a shower. Then I serve them the breakfast. Around 11a.m. we go out and stay in the garden during two hours.

We have lunch at  2 p.m., always at the same time, after to eat  the patients do nap . At half past six they have dinner and after dinner they go to sleep.We the workers  give information to workers who work at night,i finish my workday at 21 p. m.

My Routine

Here I'm going to explain mu duties at work. I work from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., every day, five days a week. When I arrive, firstly I put on my uniform. Then I clean the patients. I change their clothes, and I get them up with a crane.

Later, at 9 o'clock, we give breakfast. Then we do  bed. Finally I fill in questionnaire. When I finish  I going  home.

My routine

My routine on the residence is: in the morning we do raise the residents at 8 o'clock and then I bring the residents on the dining room. Before a time the residents had breakfast, the personal have to do a beds, then the beds are do, carry the residents on the bathroom. After wards, have to do activities of memory, medical and more tings at 13o'clock, then we go with their for lunch on the dinning room. At 14 o'clok the professionalities shake the residents on the bed, no everbody until 16 p.m.

Before have a nap go on the turn of the evening. When the residents had getting up, we have a shower and then change the clothes, before go to have a snack at 18 o'clock. Once you have finsished, we have to do a activies this are very differents until  20 o'clock. After wards go to have dinner until 20:30-20:45 p.m. Before all residents go to bed.

Finally the personal thecnic stay on the residence at  22 o'clockbecause in this hour go on the turn of the night, this work the 22:00 until 9:00a.m.

                                 MY ROUTINE

I wake up at six o'clock an I have breakfast.At seven o'clock I go to work.I work in a train station's bar.In a work I to prepare many coffes.I like the bar's ambient in the morning.After I go to have lunch and take the train direction Barcelona.In Barcelona take the bus direction El Carmel and go to Ferran Tallada.The classes start at three o'clock and finish at half past eight.When I to go out the class I smoke the cigarrete and take the bus direction Passeig de Gracia.In Passeig de Gracia take the train an go to my town.I  to arrive at half past ten and have dinner in my home.After go to bed.

Visit to the zoo

One Saturday we went to Barcelona zoo, benefit my boyfriend wage and good day it was In the interest of time to come see the show with dolphins.

We arrived at the zoo tram. When you enter the land animals found just go find the gorillas up and down Within your space. We had the opportunity to record it as they did. Gradually we went through each compartment of different species. Both aerial and terrestrial and aquatic. Enjoying every moment of your presence.

What I liked most is the dolphin show.  They asked the public for a volunteer to feed them and make a surprise demonstration. I carry a surprise that the coach chose me to do the demonstration. I loved Saturday because it was out of the ordinary and he could enjoying the company and location.

Are always good holiday

Last year I went of  camp whit my parents and friends. In the camp there was many animals for exemple: horses, rabbits, chikens and cows.

Everything was perfect in the camp because I was having fun. The people were very friendly.

We were all in the pool. And at night it was difficult to sleep because to much heat.

Near the end of the camp, I could not enjoy at all. I had been chopped  a insect and had the swollen  eye. For that reason I could not leave the room.

After a day was time to return to Barcelona, but everything was perfect. Best holiday

Fanthastic day in Zoological Park



When I was in the last course of primary school, we decided, with all my classmates, make a very special trip. It took us long to decide the best destination, but finally we chose the zoo, we all love animals.


When the great day finally arrived, we were all very nervous. We woke up very early, and we began our journey. Zoological park was an excellent resort for spend our dreams. We visited all animals, from small farm rabbit, to the most dangerous of the lions. My favourite place was the pool where dolphins and seals did his show.


After a day exploring the area, we head for the water-hole at dusk. This is then the focus of all the activity, with hippos, giraffes and elephants competing for space with flamingos and egrets. That was very funny.

At the end, we return to our house for dinner and bed. It was an inolvidable day, we have a lot to explain.

In May we went to a trip in the Barcelona beach. There were many children of different age. We prepared fun activities and we had a fun! Each group was of a diferent colour with flags. Late we finished the plays and we sunbathe in the beach. It was have a good time!

Beach

The other day I went to a whole class tour, we went to the beach to do some relaxing activities. We were from 9.30 am to 3 pm. came a professor specializing in these issues. The first thing we did was the following, we got a couple i we did massage, then the Mario taught us to breathe in times of stress i nerves also taught us to meditate i like putting it into practice. When we finish the activity, students decided to stay on the beach eating and sunbathing, a little later went to dinner i just partying. It was a very pleasant and fun day, which I did not like was that there were many people and to much heat, water part i the land of the beach was dirty.

 PARIS

In 2013 I got married and went on our honeymoon to Paris. We stayed a week and visited many sites that there are precious in that city. We start by staying at a hotel near the Montparnasse Tower and from there we began to explore the city, we visited the Champs Elysees, the Notre Dame Chathedral, the river Seine, the Rouse Moulin and with every thing that we saw we realized how beautiful is the city .

Finally we went to the Eiffel Tower, which is our opinion the best of Paris went all the way up and saw the beautiful panorama of the city from 324 meters high wich has the tower. Has been the best trip of my life, and hope to return again very soon.

Visita ONCE - Alex

Last year i went to the ONCE.

When we went to the conference, my friend dropped on the floor but she wasn't hurt.

We arrived late because the underground was stopped ten minutes. We arrived to the ONCE at three o’clock. 

One boy teached as worked blind people.

At the conference, the boy who explained began to cough and had to leave to the room to go drink water while we talked about what had happened.

Later he returned to the room and continued talking.

When the conference ended, we were looked the building ONCE.

After we left to the building and we were talked for a Espanya Square and then we return home by underground.

Before i arrived home I went to a store to buy a bracelet and a necklace that I liked.

At home I got down to the dog for a walked a while and then went back home.
