My routine :

In the morning i help the patients to have a shower. Then I serve them the breakfast. Around 11a.m. we go out and stay in the garden during two hours.

We have lunch at  2 p.m., always at the same time, after to eat  the patients do nap . At half past six they have dinner and after dinner they go to sleep.We the workers  give information to workers who work at night,i finish my workday at 21 p. m.
