Omar: I'm not feeling well. I've had dizznes and i've had a temperature.
Alex: I see. When did this begin?
Omar: About 3 days ago
Alex: Have you had any other symptoms?
Omar: Yes, i have. I've had a stomach ache.
Alex: Well it looks like you've got a virus. You have to take antibiotics and stay in bed for a one week, and drink a lot of water.
